1. Business Development Sr. Manager - Position(s) - 2
Desired Experience : Looking for a manager with 4+ years of experience in
the multiple verticals. Should be able to target short term and engagement/relationship
sales.
Educational Qualification :MBA graduate and experience in Sales, Business
Development in global markets in software services/solutions category.
Job Location : Ahmedabad - Travel : Onsite travel for short term and long
term.
Job Description :
- The ideal candidate will be someone who has worked exceptionally well with the customers
providing IT services/Products using global delivery model (GDM) in onsite/offshore
mode & now looking to attain the pride of ownership even while working with us.
- You should have the ability to get access & influence the key decision makers &
should have demonstrated ability for new business identification, qualification
and capture.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to Business Development team, project management
staff, manage team dynamics, risk mitigation and provide industry best practices.
- You will be expected to Plan and execute Sales campaigns & will be required to travel
extensively.
Apptitude : Candidates for this position must be strategic thinkers, capable
of conceiving global strategies, promoting a shared vision of business opportunities,
selling those ideas to senior management and motivating team in their execution.
The ability to manage time in the face of multiple competing priorities is essential
